Registered office: 37 Croydon Road, Beckenham, United Kingdom, BR3 4AB. For this policy, EcoAiTech LTD is the controller for personal data collected through the ClimateRaiser website, subscription workflow and email service.
What we collect
- Business contact details: name, work email, organisation, role or sector preferences when provided.
- Subscription and billing records: Stripe customer, checkout and subscription identifiers. We do not store full card details.
- Service usage and communications: delivery logs, unsubscribe requests, feedback, replies and support messages.
- Technical data: IP address, timestamps, browser/request metadata and basic anti-abuse signals.
- Briefing inputs: opportunity preferences and selected issue facts used to generate or personalise ClimateRaiser briefings.
How we use it
- To provide the trial, subscription, briefing email, licensed Daily Action Sheet and customer support.
- To manage billing, cancellation, renewal reminders, failed-payment notices and fraud/abuse checks.
- To improve source coverage, sector matching, opportunity scoring and briefing quality.
- To send service emails and, where permitted, relevant product or commercial communications.
- To comply with legal, tax, accounting and security obligations.
Legal bases
We rely on contract where processing is needed to deliver the subscription; legitimate interests for service improvement, B2B customer support, abuse prevention and limited business development; consent where required for marketing; and legal obligation for records we must keep.
Processors and sharing
We use trusted service providers including Stripe for payments, Zoho or another mail provider for email, hosting/database infrastructure, analytics or operational tooling where enabled, and AI/LLM providers to classify, summarise or personalise briefing content. We do not sell personal data.
AI processing
ClimateRaiser may use AI systems to classify opportunities, draft briefing summaries and create short subscriber-specific introductions. We minimise personal data sent to AI providers and avoid sending card data or unnecessary sensitive information.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the UK or EEA. Where this happens, we use contractual or provider safeguards intended to protect the data.
Retention
- Active subscriber records are kept while the account is active.
- Billing and accounting records may be kept for up to six years.
- Suppression/unsubscribe records are kept as long as needed to honour opt-outs.
- Unqualified lead and prospect records are reviewed periodically and should normally be deleted or refreshed after 24 months without meaningful engagement.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal data, and you can object to certain processing. You can manage or stop briefing emails at any time. Email opt-out does not cancel billing; subscription cancellation is handled separately through the billing portal or support. Contact [email protected].

The ClimateRaiser public site is designed to avoid non-essential cookies by default. Stripe and other third-party services may set cookies when you use hosted checkout or external services. See the Cookie Notice.
